I make this Keto broccoli casserole in the evenings, and in the morning – I have a perfect Keto breakfast.
Not only that, this Keto casserole recipe is also perfect for leftovers, and tastes perfectly for up to 3 days. Just warm it up in the microwave for a minute or two and enjoy!

How to Make Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
Keto Casserole with Broccoli and Cheese
Delicious Keto recipe for entire family. This low carb casserole with broccoli, cheese and eggs is perfect as Keto breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- 4 cups organic fresh broccoli
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano herbs optional
- 1 tsp basil herbs optional
- 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend optional
Steam the broccoli for 3 minutes (I USE THIS STEAMER)
Place steamed broccoli in a baking dish
In a separate bowl, break 8 eggs
Add one cup of heavy whipping cream
Add one cup of shredded cheddar jack cheese
Add Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend, herbs, spices and salt.
Mix everything together with a whisk or fork
Pour your egg and cheese mixture into baking dish with steamed broccoli
Preheat over to 370F and bake your Keto casserole for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
