I love how this low carb chocolate mousse is so fluffy and sweet and makes a perfect keto summer dessert. This easy keto dessert is made with simple 5-ingredients: heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, unsweetened dark chocolate, confectioners Swerve and fresh berries. Which you most likely already have in your refrigerator and pantry.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKER YOUR DELICIOUS KETO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!
Keto Chocolate Mousse
Sweet and fluffy low carb chocolate mousse for your keto dessert. Enjoy with fresh berries.
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 oz unsweetened dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp confectioners Swerve
- 4 strawberries
STEP 1: MAKE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Boil water in a sauce pan and reduce stove temperature to MID/LOW, so water begins to simmer.
Place unsweetened dark chocolate pieces, cocoa powder and confectioners Swerve into a glass jar and put the jar inside simmering water.
Mix all ingredients together until chocolate melts.
Turn off your stove and let the chocolate sauce cool down.
STEP 2: MAKE HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
In a separate mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and whip it up for 3-5 minutes until it becomes stiff, using electric mixer.
Add cooled chocolate sauce into whipped cream and gently fold.
Place your keto chocolate mousse into piping bag and press into glass cups.
Top it with fresh strawberries and enjoy.
TIP: If you are not planning to eat your keto chocolate mousse immediately, place it into refrigerator and eat your delicious keto dessert within 2 days.
