When I started Ketogenic lifestyle, the biggest benefit of this diet was that I didn’t have to give up my favorite desserts. All I had to do is find Keto friendly ingredients to help me create low carb dessert recipes. I love eating mousse desserts and I continuously experiment with creating delicious Keto desserts with heavy whipping cream that my family and friends will love.
This recipe below will guide you through all steps making this delicious low carb dessert, including on how to make raspberry sauce, Keto granola and whipping the heavy cream. I also try to provide you with actual ingredients I’ve used in this recipe and where you can buy them, so you can easily prepare your pantry with everything you need.
After making the dessert, I recommend putting it in a refrigerator to cool down for 5-10 minutes. This let’s the sauce penetrate through the granola layer, making it a bit more delicious. However, if you like to keep your granola super crunchy. Go ahead and enjoy this yummy dessert as soon as you make it.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CREATE YOUR DELICIOUS KETO DESSERT
Keto Dessert with Heavy Whipping Cream, Raspberry Sauce and Keto Granola
Delicious Keto dessert recipe for your sweet tooth while on Ketogenic diet. Light yet filling Keto diet dessert that is low carb, high fat and gluten free.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped organic walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped organic pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted dry toasted sliced almonds
KETO RASPBERRY SAUCE
- 1 cup fresh organic raspberries
- 1 tsp confectioner Swerve sweetener
KETO WHIPPED CREAM
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
STEP 1: HOW TO MAKE KETO GRANOLA
STEP 2: HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY SAUCE
Blend together 1 cup of fresh raspberries and 1 tablespoon of confectioner Swerve sweetener (I USE THIS)
STEP 3: HOW TO MAKE WHIPPED CREAM
Simply put one cup of heavy whipping cream in a glass or stainless-steel bowl and whip is all up using mixer (on low speed). Your mousse is done!
STEP 4: PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
First layer - get a glass and put Keto granola as a bottom layer
Second layer - place whipped cream frosting into piping pastry bag and squeeze a layer on top of Keto granola (I USE THIS CAKE DECORATING SET)
Third layer - use piping pasty bag or tablespoon to put raspberry sauce on top of the whipped cream layer
Fourth layer – use piping pastry bag with whipped cream frosting and squeeze a layer on top of raspberry sauce
Fifth layer – use fresh raspberries to decorate top layer
