Keto Mousse Recipe with Raspberry Sauce and Keto Granola

Delicious Keto dessert recipe for your sweet tooth while on Ketogenic diet. Light yet filling Keto diet dessert that is low carb, high fat and gluten free.

Ingredients

KETO GRANOLA

  • 1 cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped organic walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped organic peacans
  • 1/2 cup unsalted dry toasted sliced almonds

KETO RASPBERRY SAUCE

  • 1 cup fresh organic raspberries
  • 1 tbsp confectioner Swerve sweetener

KETO WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

STEP 1: HOW TO MAKE KETO GRANOLA

  1. Mix together following ingredients:

  2. One cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes (I USE THESE)

  3. Toast 1/2 cup of chopped organic walnuts (I USE THESE)

  4. Toast 1/2 cup of chopped organic pecans (I USE THESE)

  5. 1/2 cup of unsalted dry toasted sliced almonds (I USE THESE)

STEP 2: HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY SAUCE

  1. Blend together 1 cup of fresh raspberries and 1 tablespoon of confectioner Swerve sweetener (I USE THIS

STEP 3: HOW TO MAKE WHIPPED CREAM

  1. Simply put one cup of heavy whipping cream in a glass or stainless-steel bowl and whip is all up using mixer (on low speed). Your mousse is done!

STEP 4: PUT IT ALL TOGETHER

  1. First layer - get a glass and put Keto granola as a bottom layer

  2. Second layer - place whipped cream frosting into piping pastry bag and squeeze a layer on top of Keto granola (I USE THIS CAKE DECORATING SET

  3. Third layer - use piping pasty bag or tablespoon to put raspberry sauce on top of the whipped cream layer

  4. Fourth layer – use piping pastry bag with whipped cream frosting and squeeze a layer on top of raspberry sauce

  5. Fifth layer – use fresh raspberries to decorate top layer

  6. Dig in and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Tips: I highly recommend eating the dessert right away once you make it, so that bottom Keto granola layer doesn’t get too soggy from the moist of the whipping cream and raspberry sauce. If you want to make this dessert ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator, I would omit putting in the Keto granola layer altogether.
