- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber medium size
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup broccoli
- 2 cups baby swiss chard leaves
Keto Salad Dressing
- 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE KETO SALAD
Wash all vegetables
Steam broccoli for 3-5 minutes
Cut up cucumbers in half circle slices
Cut up cherry tomatoes in half
Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and cut each half in slices (or cubes)

Mix together one teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
